Collaborative practice
A client focused alternative to court. Each person has a lawyer, and a family professional and financial professional join the team.

Parenting plans
A written plan for raising children after separation: parenting time, transitions, and how decisions will be made.

Voice of the child
A neutral report that brings a child’s views, wishes, and preferences into mediation, arbitration, or litigation.

Parenting coordination
Coaching and facilitation after a parenting plan or court order, when parents still struggle to reach day to day agreements.

Reintegration counselling
Therapy to reestablish contact when a child’s relationship with a parent has been disrupted or has lapsed.

Assessments
Parenting assessments, usually under section 30 of the Children’s Law Reform Act or on consent, for matters that need a full clinical picture.

Parent coaching
Education and coaching for one parent, or for co parents, at any point during or after separation.
Counselling
Specialized therapeutic services for families who have been impacted by separation and divorce.
Financial mediation
Offered in collaboration with a financial divorce specialist, for division of assets, finances, or child support.
